I got this off the Great Plains Bicycle site. Sounds like the Taco Ride in Council Bluffs, Iowa, only there wouldn't be an hour and 20 minute drive there and back.

"This is a leaderless social ride. Start at the MoPac Trailhead on 84th St. and take the MoPac Trail to the One Eyed Dog Saloon in Eagle (540 S. 4th St.) The saloon will have weekly "Biker Specials". Eat, drink and enjoy the company of other bikers. Join the first ride group leaving at 5:30 p.m. or ride out with others at a time convenient to you. Some riders may choose to start at Walton. Look twice before crossing A St. on the trail. Bring a bike light in case you stay late. Helmets required. 20 miles from the trailhead to Eagle and back. Tell your friends!"
