Saw lots of horses and cattle. It's just wide open, beautiful spaces out in the sandhills.
2nd picture: Oh, that's Kevin discussing with me whether or not I should worry about putting my rainfly on the tent or to just let it dry out. I decided to take Kevin's meteorologically calculated tent advice and just let it dry out. Went to dinner, probably 6 blocks away. Then, we experienced the downpour. See him smiling, like he knew what was about to happen? ;)
Oh, and his shirt says something like, "I am the person your mama warned you about!"
I thought it was also a good view of the tent city. And, now looking at the picture, seems as though everyone had their tent covers on. :S
